We will send your sign in a custom box containing a return label that you will use to return the sign back to us, so don't throw it away! Including the return label creates an easy return process for all rental customers. All signs plug into a standard 3 prong outlet.

Since we have a limited amount of each sign, it is essential to book ahead of time. This ensures that the sign you want will be available for your wedding date. If you like it don’t hesitate to book it! 
 
Cleaning Process: Before each sign is sent out it goes through a complete anti-bacterial wipe down to ensure that each customer has a spotless and COVID-free sign. We pride ourselves in all of our signs looking brand new and picture-ready for every single customer! 
 
Cancellation Policy: In the event, you need to cancel your rental, you will receive a full refund if you cancel at least 3 weeks prior to your rental date.
